    Doug runs this program and in my experience he's a childish petty person. He appears to enjoy kicking people when their down. He comes off as arrogant and like he's doing you a favor engaging at all. My son made a sober ally while in inpatient and inquired about being roomed at the same location. Doug told him just because he had a "bromance" didn't mean he would place them in the same house. For a program based on fellowship, from a person who is supposed to be helping you navigate their program, I found that rude and immature. He told my son to "lose my number" if he didn't call him at a specific time, even though he's in inpatient treatment and required to attend and engage in programming and isn't always available. I had put down a deposit and rent previously when my son was going to move into one of their homes, and then he relapsed and we had to cancel. Doug said "I should keep your deposit", kicking me when I was already down. He's not fit for the role he's in. There are other options.

    Doug from rejuvenate homes is the most unprofessional person to deal with. He literally didn't respond for two days about money that was sent to him on accident, and then when I had to come on here to find the actual owners number and contact him , he responded with "stop contacting me and Jason" . Although he sent the money back , the plain disregard of the messages and calls and expect me to be a mind reader that he was going to send the money back, the no compassion for people in a hard situation already and trying to act like he works for the good of people in reality he is just money Hungary and only cares about payment. He is a total disappointment in trying to help recovering people.
