    They charge more for membership versus other studios, it is challenging to get anyone to answer the phone, and you are never allowed to speak to the unreachable regional manager. It takes an act of ******** to cancel your membership. The staff are immature and unprofessional. I don't know what happened to this studio, back in 2020 it used to be really well managed. New process is needed to allow members to cancel - like an online system. I am able to schedule and cancel appointments on the app, why can't I cancel or transfer my membership as well?

    Terrible service, work environment with unethical billing procedures. The lash techs frequently complain about being overworked and under appreciated, while working on your lashes. On tech spent my entire appointment talking to her sister on speaker phone. I cancelled my membership in person by completing a form, as per their process. They charged me the next month, claiming to have never received or lost said form. When they emailed me a new form it contained someone else's private data on it. Clearly they office staff and management have a paperwork issue. Makes me concerned about what else they are doing with client data.I am still waiting to be refunded for two months that I should not have been billed for. This complaint will escalate if not resolved today directly.
