      5/24/22 called with leaking check valve. 5/31/22 service person arrived 1/2 late. Looked at the leaking valve and said the metal is soft I could bend it to fix the leak. I asked would that be temporary. He said no permanent fix. I said I preferred a new valve replacement. He said I have to order one. He was at my house for 10 minutes. I called on 6/2/22 to cancel any further service. I called someone else because I thought the repair person seemed incompetent. Then in September received a bill that notes past due. This is the first bill I received. The cost was $420.00 I called Viking and they said they could reduce the bill to $320 and that's it I'm paying for gas and the truck and the service time which was 10 minutes. I feel this is an unreasonable cost for doing nothing
