    On November 14 @ **** am I had a conversation with ***** Reibel, Owner/Manager about heating problems in our home located at ********************************************************************** the reason for calling his company over another was because the homeowner used their services in installation of the units we are asking to be repaired the owner ***** then stated to me in the phone call that he didn't have anything available for that day November 14th but stated he could be to my residence by noon the next day November 15 and that he would call when on the way on November 15 we received no call no show From ***** at Reibel Heating and air conditioning Inc I contacted the homeowner and advised her that it was getting colder in the house as temperatures outdoors were at a cool 32 degrees for over a week now she reached out with no response back immediately mind you I have 3 children in the home On November 16 she was finally contacted by ***** and he stated that he had not been to our property yet as he was waiting for a call about me scheduling ( ok let's back up) we spoke Nov 14th and scheduled a appointment for service November 15 2022 at noon !! ) So I ******************* called ***** Reibel and questioned him about the conversation he had with the homeowner and he became defensive and very aggressive and then slam hung up the phone then proceeded to call the owner and advise her that he didn't feel comfortable in coming over because he lied to begin with

    in regards to the complaint of Nov 14th, We had an appt scheduled for after ***** We have not given an exact tine for an appt. in over 30 years due to the fact we can not guarantee we can make it, so we give general time frames also our lunch break at Reibel is between ***** and ***** We also call first and if we get no response we do not proceed.

    ************* called us the next day very irate We explained our policy and he told us we were lying, I then said lets just start over and get things taken care of. He was not interested in anything other then arguing at this point, I told him I was not interested in continuing due to the fact we lost our communication.at this point I felt we were going nowhere and 

    and ended the call.I then called the homeowner and explained the situation.Also I believe after 40 plus years in business we know who we can and can not please We also believe we have the right to refuse service to people who sound as if they may be abusive to us and our employees

     I am rejecting this response because:

    That was not what happened as described. I described the situation more thoroughly and clearly in any case Apollo heat and air did the job for less money and faster response obviously the homeowner who had used your father previously before you took over and ruined the business she took her repeat business elsewhere so little word of advice I would work harder for the good business that your father built before you single ******* destroy it all

    the renter is the one making the complaint would not have been in the discussion of pricing. we never went to the home,we never talked about pricing,we did not even know what the problem was so it would have been pretty hard to talk about pricing,

    I truly believe that this is just a fraudulent issue because I told him I didnt want to work for him
