    I uploaded two egift cards to be sold and got a confirmation code and NEVER RECEIVED anything from the company, that happened on 06/11/2025 and when I checked the bank on both cards theres a zero balance on both

    On June 4, 2025, I used the company GC Valuesprout online services to sell an e-gift card for ****** Department store worth $50.00. They offered me $39 to be later deposited into my cashapp account ************. I waited a week and did not receive any money or correspondence from this company in regard to my transaction. On June 4, 2025, company sent me an email at ******************** with the Reference number GCVS-*********. They informed me my gift card was being reviewed to ensure that all submissions meet their standards for accuracy and authenticity. Also, stating an email follow up within the next fourteen hours would be sent out. Then stating in the next eight hours if not approved I would be told and if approved I would receive details processing and redemption timelines in the follow up email. I have contacted repeatedly to the company via email but no response. The phone number listed does not work and so I have not been able to reach them about my transaction. I went to ****** and they said the gift card no longer has any value left on it.

    I had an apple gift card worth ****** when I submitted it it stated my trade in value I got a confirmation saying that it was submitted for review but it was sent to my spam and said it looked very suspicious. Now the gift card has been redeemed and Everytime I go onto to try to chat with them about my payment they end the conversation.

    GC Value Sprout advertises as a company that will buy gift cards. They cashed my gift card and gave no payment. They are a scam, and need to be shut down. They're contact info is fake. They do not respond to chat, the phone number given is fake.
