    Order merchandise online snd cant get information about the where abouts of my order ir when I can expect to receive it. Nobody replies to email inquiries or ever answer the phone. I do have a receipt for my purchase in the amount of $803.50.

    We have lead times for all of products. They are clearly stated on the product page when the customer orders. The lead time posted on this person's order was 4 to 6 weeks from date of order. We are at the 4- week **** currently and fully expect to ship with in the time stated. Below is copy from the product page. 

    Note: Diablo Nickel finish wood grip pistols are shipping in approximately 4-6 weeks.
     This was also stated on the order acknowledgment that was sent at the time of order.

    Accessories:
    Orders that contain multiple items such as accessories, magnetic mounts, holsters, etc are shipped from a different warehouse and will arrive shortly as well.

    Collectors Set:
    If your order contains a Collectors set please be aware that the two pistols may ship at separate times, as builds are completed.

    We will send a tracking number to you 24 hours after the day of shipment (business days only). All orders ship ground **** adult signature required. (Often these emails go to spam).
    When you receive the email stating your order has been completed, it does not mean you have received it. It represents your order has been shipped in full.

    march ********************************************* i got a reciept form my full payment. their web site does not have a phone number, only contact info provided was email. i have emailed them 4 times and they have failed to respond to any of these emails. i have recieved no info when i can expect my merchandise or any communication. i have twice asked to cancel my order and refund my payment, no response.
