    Brought in sometime in April because the washer would not **** in the soap from soap tube. The tech basically laughed at me treating me like an idiot. Told him I tries all three spray heads and none worked and he insisted I was wrong.Called in May looking for a status and was told they'd look into and call me back - Never did.July 19th - called looking for status. They couldn't find tech so sat it on his desk so call back tomorrow.July 20th. - Called again. They're pulling it out and going to start working on it tomorrow. In a week they should know what's going on with it.July 27th. - Called again. Spoke with **** (service desk) He will have this worked on in the next couple of days.If I don't hear back call on Monday.Aug st. - Tuesday. Was told they looked at it but still didn't know what was going on with it.Tech is going to check into it and get back to me.Aug 14th. - (Monday) Tech is looking at it and will call me in about 45min.Aug 15th - (Tuesday) They never called back. They're going to work on it found that it's not just an external problem. Aug 22nd They are calling ****** and ******** right now and will call me back. Skip called and said ****** and ******** are sending me a replacement unit.Sept 13th. Skips gone on vacation and nobody else know anything about it other then system says he's still working on it.Sept 18th. - Everything is in the works just waiting on ****** and ******** to send the replacement. **** said he'd reach out to me mid week.Oct 2th. - Talked to **** and was told **** will call me after he gets out of meeting or off phone in couple of minutes. Never received a call.Oct 4th. - Skip had left message to call. I called and Skip said ****** and ******** was being a pain. **** said he was told they were sending new but that was rejected because somebody else wanted some tests done on it to verify that there was in issue with soap tube.Nov 6th. - Called Service Manager ***** was told I had been given my money back but hadn't.
