    I used inspecta-homes based off of my realtors recommendation. Initially it seemed that everything went fine , it was done a bit quickly but otherwise I was under the impression that they did a thorough job
    Fast forward a year later and I just had to have my bathroom walls completely tore down and replaced which cost me thousands . I had 3 different licensed contractors come out to take a look and quote me - when I explained that I had only been in the home a short amount of time all 3 were shocked ! They asked if I had an inspection which I told them, yes I did which led to even more shock and frustration . They told me the walls had been deteriorating for years and that any inspector should have caught this - one went on to say that the house should have never been sold to me in this condition, at the very least I should have known about the bathroom water damage - all 3 said that they cannot believe my inspector didn’t catch it .
    I contacted inspecta-homes about this and they refuse to work with me to reimburse the work that had to be done in the bathroom even though they are the ones who missed it - I’m not asking for anything ridiculous, just my expenses to be covered ! I did what I was supposed to do by hiring them, they didn’t deliver the services they were paid for . Unfortunately I’m going to have to file a lawsuit - stay away from this company !
