  We have used the team for exterior work for several years. That was for gutters cleaning, and the work was always performed to our satisfaction. They are fast, precise and corteous in dealing with customers. Always beyond our expectations.

  Travis, Matt, and Tate came out and fully explained the process of what was to be done. Everything was handled so very smoothly. All my questions and I was kept fully aware of what was always going on. From the office staff to the house cleaners, everyone was excellent. Even after having to reschedule due to rain, we were very happy with the new time and date. I highly recommend Dixon’s Home Services for any work of this type. We have used them in the past and will use them the next time we have the house cleaned. Everything went very smoothly, and the house looks great. It’s obvious that all the employees take great pride in their work.

  I would not recommend based on my experience with Leah who is with management. I experienced standing water after the cleaners left. I simply emailed to let them know of the incident and asked if it cannot happen again I did not want a reimbursement. I did not want anyone to get in trouble, but simply inform upper management of what happened after? Leah said she did her investigation. She then call me and let me know that that did not happen by her cleaners and they know better than to lie to her, I found that statement very disturbing and unsettling. Due to unprofessionalism sarcasm, I decided to discontinue my service. It was very unfortunate because the team who came to my house did a wonderful job aside from that one incident, and it was too bad me as a customer could not work that out with upper management

  I've used them twice now. The first time the cleaner no showed and didn't communicate at all with me. Finally they scheduled another cleaner, who did show and did a good job. Total cost for the house was $275. I was content with the cleaning and that cost, so we scheduled with them again. Requested the same work, same rooms to be cleaned, house was in exactly the same condition when they arrived. This time, however, we were charged $408. I called to complain about the cost and the employee said they give you a cost range and this time it fell at the top of the range. Even though the exact same work was done. Unless you can get them to lock in a price beforehand, I would suggest not using this company. Very disappointed.

  Would not recommend. Very very poor customer service. They decided to change my cleaning time and did not communicate with me, but lied and said they called and texted even though my phone showed no attempts at calls. Also blamed me for indicating I would be willing to modify the schedule as needed and then saying I was unwilling even though no one ever asked if it would work. Their goal is not a satisfied customer, but making sure they did not lose cleaning hours/dollars. Also More interested in canceling the service than trying to admit their part in the miscommunication to a first time customer.
