      I own a **** HD Electra Glide Ultra Classic EFI. I took it to ************** to have them check out the *** on the bike. Said they inspected it and they found the *** was faulty. Told me the part was obsolete and they could not get it anymore. Said they would carb the bike for *******. I told them no. Took the bike home and started removing the *** myself. Dealership never look at ***. The weather boot was never removed or the wire harness taken off. I removed the *** and noticed green discoloring on four pins. Cleaned up the connections replaced ***, bike runs fine. Called the service **** several times. No one returned my calls. Was told by ***** the service manager, he had 2 of his "master tech's" look at the bike. He is a liar. Would never do business with this dealership again. Owner posted some BS about the high standards they set. He's just as big of a liar as the rest. Shame on him for standing behind shoty work. Guess it all starts at the top/......

      Brought my motorcycle in for service.Was roughly quoted a price. A few days later I was told my service was complete and was $1100 over the quoted price.I contacted the service manager and he responded within 24 hours.He basically told me it was on me because I said it had to be done.They offered nothing to me to make it right in anyway. Not even a t shirt or nothing.I will never return to this location and my coworkers that referred me to this location are also done going there.Hope this helps you make a decision.
