    If I could give these grifters 0 stars I would. If I could sue them, I would. Their customer service was some of the most manipulative, aggressive, & downright predatory behavior I've ever experienced. I'm going to be 100% honest, I was in a deep depression when I decided to move home out of *** in 2021. I was extremely vulnerable & just wanted to book movers ASAP. The Senior Moving Coordinator, **** *****, that I booked with was so aggressive in getting me to put down a deposit I felt like I had to book immediately. I was made to feel like I would pay more later if I didn't book right away. That's their *********** effective when you're in a vulnerable state. I had a set budget, & by the end, I was in debt & had two boxes that never showed up. The mattress was almost lost but then returned in the middle of the night without an apology or reimbursement for demanding an extra $1200 on-site, or else they wouldn't release my belongings. I was home alone & scared to let the movers enter my home, that's how rude they were when they arrived at my new location. To this day, I have been afraid of leaving a ************* been three years since they stole an entire box of shoes from me & a box of wall art and belongings that meant so much to me. I've never been robbed that outright & without a single ounce of shame or remorse. I called incessantly to try & get those two boxes back. Still, because I wasn't on site when the movers picked up (after changing my flight three times due to their inability to confirm a set ********** frame, I felt like I had no choice but to leave for the airport) I didn't get a record of the numbered stickers placed on all my ****************** I was completely robbed. I've looked into lawyers over the years but none want to take my case, so I'm left without almost 40 pairs of shoes, & personal items gone. Sometimes I forget they're gone & look for them. It's a horrible feeling. I hope they get shut down.
