    I order a pizza, garlic cup, lava cake, and parmesan bites for my kids on 9-30-22 at 4:59 pm. After about an hour of waiting I call into the Dominos and speak with on of the managers on duty. I recognize his aggressive behavior from 2 orders before and never showed up after ordering. I tell him that we ordered and he immediately becomes defensive and says there is no order and that I did not order anything. I tell him I'm looking at the order and he is wrong. He gets very aggressive, says he doesn't care about reviews hangs up. I call back numerous times and speak to another young man who has the same attitude. an hangs up. I call back numerous times and am hung up on each time. At this point I do not want the food and need the refund. I do not want anything but refund as I feel they might become violent if they were to bring food to me. I felt like this the last orders that had the same issue. I've reached out to there national customer service line and they redirect me back to the exact store that I do not want to speak with due to the aggressive behavior. If they were less aggressive this would be fine. Its not fine at this point. I also put in formal complaints, will provide that number below.
