    I placed an order on 16-July-2024. I have not received any updates on this order and many are claiming they never received their order. Since then I have sent in 3 separate support requests, contacted them on Instagram and directly emailed them requesting a refund. The company has not responded to any of my communication attempts. It appears the company has not been sending out products for a while now, but is still advertising and accepting orders. I do not want the product anymore, I would just like to receive my refund for this unacceptable customer experience.

    I ordered a plant light and light accessory from The Plant Halo, it has been over the estimated number of business days and the order still has not shipped, nor has the company responded to either of my messages. I would like either my money back or to have the product I paid for.

    Ordered from company was supposed to have shipment shipped out within 5 business days. Company was unresponsive over 10 business fays in tellling me that their policy says I cant cancel so I told them I wanted to return (have 30 days from purchase date- most of which is already gone) and so they ship out the item anyway and still do not respond to my repeated emails. Very unresponsive company- I just want my money back and to be rid of them. I dont do business with this type of company. I do not want their product and will not accept it
