    Granicus leaked my email and phone number to dozens of federal mailing lists who know spam me multiple times a day. When contacted, Granicus refused to resolve the problem and remove my contact information from their databases.

    We are seeking clarification regarding the nature of the complaint referenced as "Refund or Exchange Issues." Unfortunately, no order number has been provided, and after reviewing our records, we are unable to identify the complainant as one of our customers.


    Additionally, the message forwarded by the complainant appears to concern a Social Security statement, which does not seem related to a "Refund or Exchange" issue. The email they received was sent from [email protected], which is not affiliated with our company.
