As a first time home buyer, I was referred to Steve by a close friend who worked with him to buy his first home. I was told that Steve was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and would always have my best interests in mind. I went into this process nervous, excited, and with high expectations due to this referral.
I'm happy to say that Steve lived up to these expectations and then some. While I was focusing on things like the color of the walls, where we could put furniture, etc, Steve was looking out for the important things like the quality of the home, windows, plumbing, etc. As a certified non-expert on these things, this was a huge help and it was invaluable to have someone I could trust to identify any issues.
I had a very specific area I was looking to buy in, and after a lot of patience, we finally found the place. As soon as we said we were interested, Steve got the process started and before we knew it we were touring the place, and in turn, purchasing it.
I'm writing this from my new home and couldn't be happier, but if I ever decide to move to a different place I wouldn't hesitate to call Steve. Whether it's your first home or tenth, I can't recommend utilizing Steve's expertise enough.Steve Casalenda - RE/MAX Results

Steve was excellent to work with in the process of buying our first home. He is extremely knowledgeable about Twin Cities real estate and was able to guide us through the entire process from start to finish. He was always available to answer questions and was very responsive to calls, texts, and emails. He has an extensive network of professional contacts in and around the real estate industry that were great resources for many of the other needs that come with buying a home. Steve truly cares about his clients and their happiness. He helped us find the perfect home for our family. 5 starsSteve Casalenda is a great real estate agent, he is one of the best. Our family has had the pleasure of doing business with Steve on selling 2 houses,1 condo, and buying 2 houses. He always went above and beyond sharing his extreme knowledge and expertise on buying and selling a home. He has excellent excellent communications skills, always kept us very informed on what was going on and responded very quickly to any calls, texts and emails we had. He was always looking out for our best interest, and offered great advice on any details or issues we might have otherwise overlooked. If your home is in need of a little upgrade, Steve has many professional contacts that he can offer to make your experience less stressful. They are very reasonably priced and do a great job in a timely manner. Steves professional skills in detail and communication resulted in a very smooth and successful transaction of selling and buying a home. He exceeded all of our expectations.
