    I rented a machine and it didn't function as it should, I brought it back immediately and told them it didn't work as it should and they wouldn't refund me

    *********************** came in 3/8/24 at around 3PM to rent a Toro Dingo TX1000 with a grapple bucket attachment and trailer. The contract was written up and signed at 3:09PM. ***** returned the equipment almost 2 and a half hours later, at 5:30PM. The equpment was returned dirty and not returned full of fuel. We did not hear any complaints about the equipment not working correctly at drop off. The first we heard any complaints about any of the expereience was weeks later when we read a bad ****** review of our location. We check out our equipment before every rental, and we subsequently checked out the equipment after ***** rented the equipment. We could find no faults with any of the equipment that ***** rented from us. We would be happy to provide actual customer feedback from customers who have rented the SAME EXACT pieces of equipment from us with no issues the past few weeks.  Like we stated before in our ****** review reply, we do our best to try to keep our customers  happy. We have been in the rental business for almost ************************************************************************************************************************************* this case is warranted.      I am rejecting this response because:  I told the person working at the counter that the equipment did not function as it should, I rent the exact equipment from **************** rental frequently and I've never had an issue with any of there equipment. Not 1 issue with them in the 10+ yrs I rented from them , yes the equipment was a mess cause the tracks on it **** and are bald. The grapple would not hold anything tight like they should and dropped anything and everything I tried picking up . If you're worried about fuel then take that off of what I'm asking for in a refund what was it $40-$50 in fuel?  If you Reimburse me at least $300 for giving me a garbage machine i would appreciate it

    We will not be refunding any of the amount paid. Like we stated, all of our equipment pertaining to your contract has been thoroughly tested since your rental and we could not find anything wrong with the equipment that was rented to you. We wish you the best of luck with all of your future rental endeavors elsewhere.
