This is a solar company that is making promises lieing to its customers. When going through the ********************** installation process. I told the sales guy that I dont want to be paying more than my electric bill and he promised that I would save money by adding solar panels. He told me the cost that I would be paying per month which was ******. But the government would send me a ****** check for switching to solar which I can apply to the price of the solar panels which would keep my bill at ******. When I filed taxes my tax person said that she is getting multiple reports of this company spreading the same lie to the customer. The tax credit is a credit that comes off your tax liability. They lied to me and now I am going to be paying double for my electric bill starting in 2025Business Response

All Energy Solar strives to provide realistic estimated solar production. The customers first proposal for ******************************** panels and 18 Enphase IQ7X microinverters shows an estimated ***** kWh of production for year 1. Following a drone flight to gather more measurements and specific shading data, we provided an updated proposal that shows ***** kWh of estimated production year 1.
His system is producing energy as expected so far. Actual solar production is within 1% of our estimates for May through November 2024. If his monthly electric usage remained at the 677kWh average he reported to us, his system is estimated to produce more than he uses annually (112% offset).
His proposal shows an estimated $7,868 Federal Tax Credit (not the $10,000 he claims). It clearly indicates Federal Tax Credit - $7,868 on the proposal page titled Your Solar for Purchase Option. He has a loan with Dividend which started out with monthly payments of $162. Payments would remain at $162, provided a payment of $7,867.50 is made within the first 18 months of the loan. If this isnt paid, the monthly payment will increase to $229.70.
It is not accurate that his electric bill is going to double. His monthly loan payment will increase by $67 if he doesnt apply his federal tax credit toward his loan. Our consultants tell customers to contact tax professionals to discuss the solar federal tax credit. At the completion of the project in April 2024, he asked All Energy Solar about the federal tax credit. Here are our notes on the discussion: "I just got off the phone with [the customer] and he had some questions regarding the Federal Tax Credit. I tried to answer most of his questions but I did address that I cannot give out tax advice and to speak with a Tax Professional. He is wondering about applying the tax credit to his loan. Please give him a call, thank you!"
Were sorry for his frustration. However, the systems production meets our expected production estimates.

After All Energy (AE) installed the solar panels in July 2022 Xcel Energy kept billing as usual for 9 months and taking the energy. I notified AE and they told me they would find out what the problem was but that never happened. Then they had me call XE and they claimed to know nothing about it. This went no where. Around April of ************************************************** of what they took during that time. Now they take out what they want, they are controlling it when I was told I would receive a check monthly or yearly for overage since I use less energy. I feel I am paying and just a conduit of Xcel Energy. Yesterday, I received a notice from the *********************** (who they direct me to get the loan) and after paying them the rebate of of over $6000 that my monthly payment had increased to $94.30 from $69 dollars. I paid what the bank told me I owed at the time to keep my payments the same but that hasn't happen. It has been one problem after another with them.Business Response

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. ****** first complaint is about a billing error with the utility provider, Xcel Energy. All Energy Solar confirms her system is producing energy as expected. Irenes energy use has increased, and as a result, her bill is not offset as much as expected. This is not a billing error. Regardless, All Energy Solar is not responsible for utility billing issues; our system is producing power as expected.
****** second complaint is about a third-party lender disputing the terms of her loan. We received a voicemail from ***** that we returned and she did not respond to. We are attempting to help her in resolving this issue with her credit union. However, the terms of her loan were disclosed, and said terms required the timely allocation of Federal Tax Credits against her principal. She may not have done so in a timely manner, which would impact her loan payments and amortization.
We have worked with *****, providing support, and following up with Xcel between August 2022 to December 2022 to determine if there was a billing error. We found there was no error in April 2023, which was communicated to ***** by email. We spoke with her again in May of 2023 and tried to explain the utility billing. She cut the call short with no resolution. We also responded to ****** voicemail in January 2024, leaving a voicemail with no response. We called ***** again on 2/22/24 and attempted to clarify Xcel billing and the loan information. She cut the call short with no resolution. We sent a follow-up email, and mailed a physical copy of this message at ****** request, outlining the Xcel billing and loan information. We also followed up with the lender with ***** on copy. We scheduled a follow-up call for March 26th, which was the next availability she provided.
We are sorry for ****** frustration, but her disputes are with Xcel and the loan company. We strive to provide excellent service to all customers and we will continue to support her.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:
You have not mailed me the contract(s) and you are moving the problem of the monthly payment to the *** The electric cable was cut and you have not mentioned that cost me. I don't feel your explanation concerning the bills makes sense since you said yourself that I have produced over 8 Megawatts of electricity so far. This isn't the only avenue I can take, I can go to the ** Office with my complaint.

All Energy Solar was *****'s solar installer, and is not her financing company. ***** is disputing the terms of her third-party solar loan. All Energy Solar has attempted to assist ***** in resolving her issue with the credit union, but to no avail. We emailed the credit union with ***** on copy, and the credit union responded by asking ***** to contact the credit union directly.
The wire issue ***** describes was not originally reported to us, therefore All Energy Solar did not have the opportunity to investigate to determine cause, we are willing to cover the expense as a goodwill gesture. During our call with ***** on February 22, 2024, we agreed to pay for this repair and asked her to send us the information, enabling us to reimburse her for the wire repair cost. We also emailed ***** on February 29, 2024, and requested this information again. However, we have not received this information from *****, and we urge her to please send it to us so we can take care of this matter promptly.
Also, we have tried to explain ****** electric bills to her via phone call, email, and mail, but she leaves the call with All Energy Solar every time. Irenes energy usage has increased since we designed and installed her system, and now exceeds the amount of solar power her home produces. Her solar power system is producing the amount we estimated it would after completing her site visit and designing her system.Initial Complaint

Working with All Energy Solar, Inc. was shaping up to be a great experience, that was until it came time for them to actually finish the job that they started on my home.As it sits today, the project is about 95% finished, but it is not functioning at all, and All Energy Solar, Inc. is claiming that the installation is done and demanding final payment.Note: I paid 70% of the project cost upfront, with the remaining 30% to be due after the project was finished. Under no circumstances would I ever agree to pay a contractor in full before their job was done, that is common sense. The remaining tasks to be completed are with my utility company. My utility company needs All Energy Solar, Inc. to provide them with a certificate of completion AND they need an All Energy Solar, Inc. employee to be present for a final site inspection. -- My utility company said they can be available within one business day to do the final inspection, All Energy Solar, Inc. just needs to schedule it, but they refuse to do so.This behavior by All Energy Solar, Inc., their refusal to work with my utility company to complete the job, has me concerned that All Energy Solar, Inc. made a costly mistake that they are afraid the utility company will tell them to fix before they will approve. The final balance demanded (30%) is the dolar amount that I was expecting and I have no problem paying it, but under no circumstances will I make a final payment before the job is done, especially after this suspicious behavior by All Energy Solar, Inc.I would like All Energy Solar, Inc. to finish the job and prove to me that all aspects are fully functioning, then I will gladly submit final payment.Business Response

All Energy Solar completed 100% of the solar installation on May 22, 2023 and provided evidence of the system being operational. As with all electrical work of this nature, the utility company requires the system be shut down until inspections can be performed, and then the utility can give their final approval and install a meter, at which time the system is turned back on and is fully operational.
The electrical and building inspections were performed on May 25 and May 30, respectively and fully passed.
Per our contract with the customer, the remaining balance due on the project is to be paid at that time ("Final Payment $? ****** Upon approved electrical and building inspections") and must be paid prior to All Energy Solar scheduling the utility company to install the meter. This was explained to the customer last week. This morning, we contacted the customer and offered that they pay all but the last 5% now, and that final balance upon the utility's turn-on. The customer agreed to pay in full. Once that is received, we will happily assist the utility in turning it on, and we will continue to fully support the customer with our outstanding service.
This appears to have been a simple misunderstanding by the customer as to what constitutes **********************'s "completion", which is perfectly understandable. Our work was completed, and we'll make certain the customer is satisfied.
Thanks.

We paid in full for our Solar Panel project in Dec of 2021, after months of delay and threats of bogus upcharges for using the most up to date inverters the system was finally installed. Since August when the panels went up our system still has not been turned on! When discussing and designing the size of our system with All Energy we were told that we needed to not expand the system size or the meter would need an upgrade. Since we did not want the added expense of a meter upgrade we informed them that we did not want to expand the size of the system. Fast forward to October of this year it is still not turned on and Xcel refused to install the new meter socket saying the meter needs to be 'upgraded' because it's too close to the ground. Something anyone could see about our project from day 1. I am not an electrician and relay on accurate and truthful information from the installer which they did not provide! Now after almost another month of no information from the company they just informed me today they would charge me an additional $750 to complete it - which is pure BS. They price systems by 'production size' and wouldn't even provide line item pricing to us at any point during the project, and are refusing the complete the job without a new additional payment... This ultimately is fraud. I want the job completed and the system turned on.
