Their prices are way out of line. I was quoted $110 to replace a broken fuel filter hose, which was way higher than I expected. I agreed anyway and was charged $190 when I picked it up.

I must express my utmost disappointment and frustration after my time working at Total Tool Supply. This review aims to shed light on the toxic work environment that plagued my experience, revealing a disturbing culture of nepotism, retaliation, and a blatant cover-up of serious issues. One of the most striking aspects of Total Tool Supply was its blatant nepotism.Family members and friends of higher-*** were consistently given preferential treatment, regardless of their qualifications or capabilities. This nepotistic culture created an incredibly demoralizing atmosphere for those of us who worked hard and deserved recognition. Moreover, the retaliation I witnessed and personally experienced at Total Tool Supply was nothing short of shocking. Speaking up about issues or suggesting improvements was met with harsh consequences. Management seemed more interested in maintaining their power and authority than in fostering a healthy and open work environment. Individual voices were silenced, creating an environment of fear and discouraging any form of constructive criticism. The toxic environment at Total Tool Supply had far-reaching consequences on employees' mental and emotional well-being. Morale was consistently low, and the constant fear of retaliation made it difficult for anyone to speak up or challenge the status quo. The lack of trust and support from management created a toxic cycle that was impossible to break.I cannot in good conscience recommend Total Tool Supply as an employer. The toxic culture of nepotism, retaliation, and cover-*** ultimately hindered individual growth, stifled innovation, and created an environment that was far from conducive to productivity or job satisfaction. I implore both current and prospective employees to carefully consider the negative aspects described here before making any commitments to this company.

This established cheated me out of my money. Not once, but twice. And sent me home with parts and bits and pieces of the hoist which was originally working and in 1 piece at the time i brought it in. They fixed my first hoist and charged me over $1400.oo. they also claimed that the hoist is now certified. Because it was a spare hoist we keep on hand for emergency or replacement, i didn't use it until 6 months later. Upon use, The hoist didn't last 1 time. The hoist that we use to replace this one with was brought in to TTS **** Again. They charged me 95.oo for diagnosis. Which they will waive if you buy a new hoist from them. I attempted to buy a new one from them and they were suppose to email me the quote. After calling Total Tool Supply *** twice and not receiving an email twice with quotes, i decided to shop elsewhere for a new hoist. I understand that they must be busy this time of year. I received a call later stating that they want ****.** to replace the 2nd hoist. I thought that was 2 expensive given that the hoist was only studdering when pressing the up button so i went in to retrieve my equipment. After ringing me up for the ***** diagnosis fee, i was directed to door 1 to pick up my hoist. Upon pick up, the hoist was no longer usable. Their staff took the hoist apart as if on purpose and left all the small parts in a box. A variety of screws was placed in a clear bag. The gears and shell with the control board was separated and in pieces on a pallet. The hoist was no longer usable or in 1 piece like when i brought it in. Total Tool Supply *** wanted to charge me an additional 3 hours of labor time to put it back together. It is a lose-lose situation dealing with these guys. The manager and 2 staff came and talked to me. It was either i cough up an additional 300.oo for them to put it back together in 1 piece or pay ****.** for the repair. There was no guarantee it will work either way.
