      Promised services that were not completed, continued lying about resolution. I have been communicating with **** Sorenson primarily. I have been told on multiple occasions that the tree ***** grinding would be completed and he requested payment. After the 3rd time of being told they would do it, and it wasnt completed, I requested a refund. I was told the refund would be sent multiple times now. I believe he spent the money without completing the services.

      I had them prune my oak tree in December of 2021 However when spring came there were 4 or 5 dead branches they missed i have called them repeatedly in the last two ******* Sometimes owner said he would come out and never showed up Sometimes he never got back to me at all And this fall when I called they told me they thought it was done (said she thought she saw a work order) and would check and get back to me but never did

      We had the company lay a concrete patio for **. They did a good job on the work but we had asked a sandstone color. The color of the concrete was gray and they brought the concrete company out to take a look. They told ** they mixed up the orders and poured the wrong color. I asked them to tear it out and pour the correct color after much back and forth. They offered to pour ** a concrete driveway for **** dollars instead of doing the project over. We asked to get on the Schedule right away and they gave ** the run around. Now we cannot get hold of the owner and they will not return emails or calls. I have an email chain with ******* that promised the Driveway would be done instead of doing the patio again.

      We, my husband and I, hired ******** Companies to replace our concrete driveway. The job was done in July of 2022. There were a few issues of which I contacted the owner. He came out to see the issues of which none of them were resolved. The only thing the owner did was to quickly spray a sealcoat on the new concrete, which was part of the original agreement they would do.My husband does our snow removal and he does not use salt to melt any potential ice build up on the driveway. We have noticed several pit marks on the driveway which we believe is the cause of the quality of the concrete or the way it was poured by the workers. On Monday, March 6th, 2023, I called ******** Company to report this issue and to make an appointment to have someone come out to assess the problem. The woman who answered the phone said she would give this message to the owner and he will call me. After 10 days I didn't get a return phone call, so I called them again and the same woman who answered assured me that the owner would call me back. She commented that she hasn't seen the owner in the office for awhile.As of today, Tuesday, March 28, I have yet to hear back from anyone. Since March 6th, I have tried calling them 18 times, leaving countless messages to no avail. Yesterday, Monday, March 27, my husband and I drove to their address and the office was locked, nobody was there and it appeared to us that it was an abandoned office. That was when I decided to call the BBB.The resolution to this concrete problem that we would like to have done, is for them to rip this concrete out and replace with concrete that won't cause a pitting problem.
