I have nothing but glowing remarks for Aquarius - both the Water and HVAC sides of the business. All the service, sales and office representatives that I have had the good fortune to engage with over the past 1-1/2 years have been kind, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly! Later this week I was scheduled to have my HVAC system maintained, but I received a call from the office today that a service rep was available to stop thus afternoon. It worked out well! The HVAC & RO/softener water systems I have are of superb quality.

I have used Aquarius’ services many times over the years and have been consistently pleased with the results. Today I had two plumbers here replacing faucets, shut off valves, washing machine hoses and a shut off valve on my sump pump, getting my 30 year old house up to date. I was kept informed throughout the process and my house was left spotless. Excellent work! Would highly recommend!Aquarius Home Services

Had some plumbing repairs done recently by Aquarius Home Services of Appleton Wisconsin. While the work they did and the plumber doing the work was very good, the complaint I had was with the pricing of their services. I thought the pricing for what I had repaired was in extreme excess of any reasonable profit margin. I complained to the manager of this location and in returned they tried to sell me more plumbing work at a reduced price. Just a word of warning to anybody in need of some repair plumbing work check their rating on the BBB site first. I checked after the fact and saw that they had a 3 star rating on the Wisconsin BBB site. I would have given them a less than 2 star rating if it wasn’t for the quality of workmanship the plumber did.Aquarius Home Services

Excellent experience with Aquarius Home Services today. Their service rep ******************* called to say he was 15 - 20 minutes away from his scheduled time and arrived right on time. This was our first maintenance service since we purchased a maintenance contract and he went through a thorough detail of what he was going to be doing.***** has been with Aquarius for over 10 years and was very knowledgeable about their system and answered all my questions.A very personable guy and Im sure, a valuable asset to Aquarius Home Services. Do not use these people. They will take your money and not fix anything until after multiple visits in which they charge you over and over again. Every time I use them they send someone different and nothing gets fixed and they charge me over and over again. It’s a scam to make sure they can charge you more than once. I had this problem with them on my water heater and on my AC unit repair. Again warning don’t use them you will regret it. I will never use them again.Aquarius Home Services
