    On November 18, 2022 we filed a claim with AlumaCraft on a boat we purchased on August 2, 2021 because after less than a year of having it the paint started to peel off of it. The claim # is *****. Since then, AlumaCraft took possession of our boat and agreed to repaint whole boat/delamination replace decals. We have tried to reach out to them multiple times trying to get answers on where our boat is and when we might expect it back only to be told someone will reach out to us. We have yet to have anyone reach out to us or our dealer who has also tried to contact them multiple times. We are going on 7 months of paying for a boat we haven't had possession of and it is losing market value. We just want answers.

    Thank you for notifying me of BBB complaint ******** (Alumacraft *****, *****, *****, 65560).

    I have investigated this concern.  ********************** 2020 Pro 175 LX (Alumacraft HIN ACBW1112G920) was transported to our facility in **************, ********* for warranty repair to the paint. The boats are taken in the order in which they are received, currently there are two boats ahead of **********************. 

    ****************** has been informed on more than one occasion that we will update her when the repair and inspection are complete.

    We understand this is a time consuming process, as the boats are repaired one at a time (due to different paints, etc), and we thank ****************** for her continued patience during this process.
