      Ive had issues with this *********** for years. When my kids were in kindergarten the buses at issues, following their routes, which led to my kids being lost 2 times in the 1st month of school. Later that year, my son was accidently put on the wrong bus, my daughter was on the right bus, my daughter (7yrs old) asked the bus driver wait, wheres my brother? Instead radioing the other drivers to prevent a kid from lost or dropped off at the wrong stop, he told her, I dont know, closed the door and drove off. The next year, same thing, the bus drivers dont seem to care and neither does the director or Saint bus service. Ive called yearly and last 2 years ago (b4 I pulled my kids out the district ) the driver wasnt following his route again, never showed up to the bus stop, never stopped at that bus stop, he told me he didnt know he was suppose to stop there, he picked him up the next day and then dropped him off at the wrong spot after school. Other parents have had the same issue with this company. I ended up going to the superintendent and the school board on them last school year for this issue Now this year, dealing with them again, bus driver didnt show up to the stop again, he was addressed, words back and forth swearing at me, at one point called me a black widow. I am an African ******** female so I know what he meant. I contacted the bus company and they told me they are sure he didnt mean anything by it and if they felt or knew any of their drivers were racist they wouldnt be there. Wouldnt pull the cameras on the bus. They arent accredited through the better business bureau and Im sure the reason why is because as many kids as they lose throughout the school year they should be shutdown. Nothing will happen until a kid is lost and never returns home because they were forced off at a wrong stop. I didnt want it to be my kid so I took them out the district. I dont trust them to keep my kids safe
