      5;29;23 ******************************************************* way i ask her can i sit anywhere .black hair skinny girl said yes i sat down at table . `i told her i would like coffee . she brought me coffee .i ask her .what is special . she told me what was . i order that plus one egg and ***** ' im sitting her i look back waitress waiting on my table was walking by me i kind off look at her wave i would like more coffee after waiting long time . she start yelling at me im not sure what she said but it was embarrass . she crab coffee came over my table . i said i don,t want coffee.couple ***** waitress brought me .plate . i asked her for slip came to ***** dallars i said over prize i paid her and left . i was mistreated

      We looked over the incident in question. ****** came in the restaurant at 8:27am. He sat down and the server was at his table with in 30 seconds of his sitting down. She gave him coffee and a water went over the special for the day. He ordered right away. At 8:30 he asked for a straw for his water and his sever gave him one. At 8:35 his server was bringing out food to a table, it was a bigger table so it took more than 1 trip to take out all the food. At 8:36 coffee cup was waving in the air as she was bringing out the rest of the food to that table. She gave them their food grabbed the coffee pot and went to his table. He then said he didnt want any more coffee. She went to grab his food at 8:37. He asked for his bill and left. He did not eat his food. He was in the restaurant for a total of 10 minutes on a holiday which is good time in the restaurant business. As for the price of his food. The special was 2 Blueberry pancakes for $4.99. He decided to add a side of bacon $3.99, and egg $1.39 and coffee for $2.29. There was a senior discount on his tickets so his meal was $12.26.
