    we are a local medical office, and this company is soliciting our patients, and faxing us for referrals. it's all a SCAM. Do not even respond to them.

    This company has no billing knowledge! I have two insurance companies and this company only sent documents to my primary insurance carrier as they advised me that the knee scooter is not covered by any company as it is a "upgrade." I contacted by secondary insurance company and was advised that they DO cover a knee scooter. This company sent a bill to my primary, but they did not provide the ***** dollar amount of the knee scooter so even if I were to pay the bill out of pocket, I would not be able to get reimbursed for paying for it from my secondary. I called them multiple times and even mailed them this information and they keep sending me an invoice. This is the WORST customer service I've ever received from any company and they clearly do not know how to do billing and how to deal with insurance companies! I would much rather pay more for this product elsewhere than to give them my business ever again!
