I built my house in 2021 and installed ThermoTech single hung windows. When the wind blows, they howl like crazy and wind comes through the window. ThermoTech has been to my house to try repairs but they don't work and they tell me nothing is wrong with my windows. They are a terrible product and I want them replaced. I have video evidence but the files are too large to upload here.Customer Answer

I'm not sure the length of the warranty on the windows, but they were for sure under warranty when I first started this process with them and they have taken no action. They were last out to my house on 11-30-22. They tried a couple of things to "fix" the windows but those fixes did not work. I have advised them that the action they took did not work and they have been mainly unresponsive since.

***************************** complaint is that the windows that were installed in his home make noise when it is windy. Thermo-Tech windows did visit the home and found nothing out of specification or any manufacturing defects. The windows were performing as expected. When onsite for the first visit the Termo-Tech representative shared with ******************** that there was nothing visibly wrong or physically wrong with the existing windows. After a period of time ******************** feels as though TTW has not responded to the complaint. TTW believes this is an environmental opportunity and the windows are meeting the **** and AAMA requirements. After reviewing the complaint submitted, Thermo-Tech reached back out to ******************** and discussed a potential solution for both parties.
