    I contacted Gray Duct Technologies to clean the air ducts in my duplex. After submitting their online form, I was promptly texted asking for photos and videos of both furnaces, which I provided immediately. They responded saying they'd send me their prep list and asked me to pay special attention to the asbestos area. I followed up again with exactly what they requested.
    Then—radio silence. I didn’t receive the promised email, checklist, or any other form of communication. Over 24 hours passed with no updates, even after I asked for clarification. By the time they finally called, I had already moved on and hired someone else due to their lack of responsiveness.
    After I left an honest and factual review about my experience, the business owner publicly replied with a defensive and retaliatory post—going as far as to post my full legal name (including my middle name), which I never gave them permission to do. That name does not appear on my public profile and felt like an intentional act meant to intimidate or punish me. They also made a dismissive remark about the types of reviews I leave, which is misleading and easily disproven by simply checking my review history.
    I believe this kind of behavior is unprofessional, retaliatory, and completely unacceptable. Consumers deserve better communication and basic respect—especially when giving feedback. I would not recommend this business to others.

    Grey Duct did a great job cleaning out the dryer vent. They were on-time and completed the job quickly. I'd would recommend them for all duct cleaning.

    Aaron and Abe are the guys you want in your house to do the job!
    They are neat, thorough, respectful, fun and I can tell there isn't as much dust floating around the house.
    Am planning on having them here again to install a filter system.
    This place was built in 1941. I kinda doubt the vents have ever been cleaned.
    I think my investment with Gray Duct is worth every penny!

    From beginning to end it was great. Very professional. The employees are very cordial and knowledgeable they were on time and left with no trace of them being here showed pictures of before and after Very interesting

    Efficient, knowledgeable, professional attitude and effective job performed rather expediently.
    Both techs were knowledgeable and friendly.
    I was notified when they would perform the service and they kept me informed as to their arrival time.
    Overall great company and great job!!
    Highly recommend!

    They do a great job. They let you know they are coming with a picture of who is coming. They are on time and the last time they came early and called me to ask if it is ok and it worked out great.
    I have used them twice and will definitely use them again.

    Easy to schedule, crew was on time and did a great job. I appreciated that the "we're on our way" text included a picture of the person doing the work! I will use them again!

    The crew did an amazing job of explaining everything that they were doing. They got to work and did a great job of closing all of the vents off so they wouldn’t make a mess.
    After they were done, they took the time to show us before and after pictures. The difference was night and day.
    I’m thankful for Gray Duct Technologies. They are helping our family stay healthier.
