    I would stay far away from this company if you arent okay with this response when attempting to rectify an ongoing issue with their Azzaro counters being terrible quality: "such as marks from common items like pencil, foil, and nail polishit appears the issues stem from usage that may fall outside the materials intended performance characteristics." (*****-sales rep)All of these "items" left markings unremovable by their "approved" products: Pencil shavings from my son doing homework at our kitchen counter, tin foil markings from gently wrapping a rack of ribs and nail polish on my daughters nail when it touched the counter while grabbing her plate, plus many more. I have tried all of their approved products-wet cloth, dish soap/water, alcohol/water mix, purse alcohol, and their Bravo product, all with 0 success (see attached pictures/videos). They sent a tech over in the past to remove all the markings and the product he used was Bar Keepers Friend. When I spoke with ***** regarding this product this was her response: "As professionals, we use the products I have asked you not to use, but we have been trained to do this for over 20 years. You need the proper technique to use these products." So the ONLY way to remove all the markings caused by basic everyday use is to have one of their professionals come out and clean my counters. To me, this is absolutely not a solution but they don't find anything wrong with that. We redid our kitchen and it was supposed to be the focal point of our house, a place to gather. Now my kids cant even sit at the counter and do homework while I cook-something I clearly took for granted in the past because this is HEARTBREAKING to say the least. There are also multiple chipped areas but again, this is not as heartbreaking as it not being suitable for basic everyday use by my family, especially my two kids.
