    Price gauging to the **** I spent a lot of money with business last year over $1000. This year pure stupidity on my part and forgot to plug in sprinkler system. Had them come to check my system and they were there and gone immediately after we saw the problem. I talked to other like business that would not have charged me at all. His total costs were likely $40 tops probably only $25. 10 miles $1 a mile $10. 30 minutes of time for tech with drive tops likely only 20 minutes. Likely about $25 and probably less. I had a business at my house and hour and only charged me $49. They are not losing money. What a way to treat a repeat customer. I will spread the word and never use again. Makes me guess I was way over charged last year. I have no problem with covering costs but to get gauged like that is not fair at all. I want to review this business as well that is visible to the public. $40 is the very most I should be charged if he still needs some profit

    we came out and fixed your is***!

    we sent you an invoice, and we even discounted it!

    all of our invoices state 1 hour minimum labor charge, and as a repeat customer you know the charges and the rates

    You did absolutley nothing so the minimum should not apply The least you could do is charge a fair price fair price like half of what you charged. I see you have no conscience and do not charge fairly like most businesses. So be it I have paid you.  I will not use you again or recommend you to others.
