    I bought a Durango from there but was not able to pick it up till a few days later because they had to replace the catalytic converter. About 2 days later the engine light came on and it read the Oxygen sensor and lean fuel code, I went back and they replaced the sensor and 2 days later the engine light came on again with the same codes. They had my car for a little over a week to try and fix the issue, but still was not able to fix it. I took i to a dodge dealership and they informed me the thermostat sensor and thermostat needed to be replaced, I reached out to them and even offered to pay for the replacement and I was informed they had to order the parts and will schedule an appointment once they arrive. Two weeks passed and I still hadn't received a call and my heat went out, remind you I bought my vehicle the end of November 2024, in the middle of December my heat went out and I had it to take it to another place to be repaired due to me still not hearing back. When I was there I decided to have them do an oil change just to be safe. The oil was filthy and really black like it hadn't been changed and by the end of December I had to purchase a new battery as I was informed my stop start wouldn't work due to it being disabled but the entire time to due a bad battery. I was also told while they had my truck they changed the spark plugs as that may have been a problem with the engine light being on well guess what??? I ended up having to get new spark plugs at the mechanic I took my truck to. I understand with a used vehicle it's basically as is, but I feel they could of informed me they didn't do a oil change or tune up before selling it. I am now having to replace ignition coils on the vehicle.

    These people sold me a lifted truck with large tires and then told me about a warranty that would cover everything except for the lift kit and large tires.. Come to find out 2 years later when my truck needs large repairs they will not stand by what they said and are now pulling out fine print which was clearly written but not shown to me. If it was shown to me. I would not have bought this truck. These people lie through there teeth with a smile on there faces.

    And clearly will say anything to get you to spend more money there.

    Buyers beware do not buy a vehicle here with any aftermarket parts and expect them to take care of you like I did. It's a lie. They don't care for you and will not stand by the products that they sell.
