I ordered organic coconut oil centrifuged and two bags of coconut flour in sept. for $171.64 The box was delivered to our home where i am working out of currently and i saw the box but later when i went to bring it inside, it was gone. Hours on the phone with ***** and calling the company who shipped, i was told they accidentally picked it up and it would be back to me within the week. The company was very nice and helpful. However, the box never made its way back here. The shipping company says it did but it did not.The photo of the box shows a house that is similar to ours but there are many houses on the street with the same color, same brick, same basically everything.I have again spent hours on the phone with fed ex and my only option is to dispute with my bank and I hate to do that since it causes the seller a fee and I like them but they won't budge to help.At this point, I am more than happy to receive a replacement box, signed is ok with me, and that would make up for it.I have spoken to a few agents but they have not offered this.thank you for helping

    Business Response

    Date: 11/21/2023

We are familiar with this complaint and this customer. When the customer complained that their package had not been delivered, we began working with our courier, ****** to track it down and have it re-delivered. ***** confirmed that they re-delivered the order and provided a photo of the delivery on the customer's door step. We were satisfied with ****** tracking, explanation and photographic proof (two times) that the package had been delivered.

After communicating this with the customer and verifying what had happened, we noticed that things did not quite add up. Not only did ***** provide proof that package had been delivered but upon further investigation of the history of this customer with our company, we found that the customer had 3 different accounts with us and a history of claiming that their package had not been delivered. In fact, 4 out of their last 5 orders over a period of years, the customer complained that they never received their order/package and we replaced their orders free of charge. Additionally, this history was to more than one location, i.e. it wasn't unique to one particular neighborhood. It became apparent to us that given their order history, complaints and our willingness to replace these orders in the past, as well as ****** proof of delivery, our company was being scammed by this customer. We could no longer support this behavior.
