    Stay away from Action Roofing . They use very unskilled workers . First leak we had leaked in main floor bathroom . They came to fix, but never asked about any damage . We have had leaks five different times in kitchen , They came the first time to fix and said they would repair ceiling . They never have and our ceiling continues to leak. The owner is very unprofessional.

    Our owner notified me that he has been in contact directly in order to try and get this resolved for you. As I said in our text conversation the other day, I am sorry that you continue to have issues with the leak and completely understand the frustration, especially since it has happened more than once. We have been out multiple times to try and solve the problem but it appears we could not find the exact source of the leak, despite having replaced a portion of the roof in the problem area.  After speaking with our owner, given the location of the leak, he suspects that it may not be a roof problem and possibly could be coming in somewhere else. If you would allow him the opportunity to complete some further investigation to that end that would be helpful. He did previously offer to fix the ceiling for you but the last I was aware you or your husband had declined. If that is not what you wanted and you would like to revisit that, we certainly can and I would be happy to help with that process. Please feel free to contact our office at any time if you need my assistance.
