    Door Pro was hired to install 2, 16' x 14' overhead doors. They received a down payment Sept. 2020. The doors were installed Oct - Nov 2020, upon installation completion they were paid in full in the amount of $13,379.60. Within less than a year of installation leaking occurred around the windows of the overhead doors and the contractor was notified. After many text messages and phone calls, the doors were fully replaced in the fall of 2023. Several weeks later (12.24.2023) during a rain storm, water was again leaking in around the windows. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with *******************, owner of Door Pro. ******************* has not responded to any of my text messages or voicemails. To resolve this matter i would appreciate a discussion in a timely manner with ******************* to figure out this situation OR I would like new doors that DO NOT leak or my money refunded.

    I Talked to ***** on Friday 1/26/24 @ 11:36 AM for 6 minutes and 13 seconds about the issue with his doors again and informed him that I have to go thru the proper channels to get the warranty issues settled. I have been working with ************* the manufacturer about the issue and getting something figured out. I have not gotten a confirmation from ************* as to what they are going to do. I have been in contact with them again about this and they will get back to me with a solution in the next week or two.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    He has not communicated with me other than the times I have  called him.  I initiated the call on 01/26/2024.  He has not informed me of any conversation he has had with ************** to try and solve this matter.  this matter is not closed in my opinion and will not be until Door Pro and ************** has reimbursed me or replaced my doors with ones that do not leak.
