    I have been a customer of ***************************************** for many years for my vehicles and my home. In the past few years when my home policy renewal came around, there was issues with getting payment properly processed from my mortgage company to ******. This was due to a lack of effort from my agent ******* at Gopher State. I had multiple lapses in coverage and ultimately lost coverage completely from ****** around May 2023. My agent ******* said she would shop around for new coverage for me. Around August 2023 she told me she had found me new coverage with American Modern. Around May of 2024, I got a letter from my mortgage company stating that they were going to RENEW my lender placed coverage. I called ******* and told her and she sent the proof of this coverage to my mortgage company so they would drop my "lender placed coverage". In July of 2024 we had a large hail storm, so I called ******* to start a claim and she told me her "computer was frozen" and she collected my information and said she would start the claim. I didn't hear from the adjuster after a week, so I called *******. She said that they were busy and would get ahold of me by the end of the week. Another week went by and I called again and I was transferred to **** *******, the owner of Gopher State. He told me that ******* had a mental breakdown and was in the hospital. He then told me that I didn't have insurance and he had no idea why ******* told me I had coverage by American Modern. He told me that he would pay for my damage out of the agencies pocket and he would make this right. He sent his friend out to look at my roof and that *** said it was "old damage". So then **** ******* tried to commit insurance fraud and started a claim with ****** stating date of loss 9/8/22. This claim was denied and now **** and everyone at Gopher State is not returning my calls. They need to cover the damage to my home due to their employees error.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    This has been an ongoing issue with Gopher State that they have not resolved for over two months now. They refuse to return my phone calls or provide any guidance with how they are going to resolve this issue. All they have done so far is try to commit insurance fraud with ****** and pin it on me. I have proof that my agent ******* sent fraudulent information to my mortgage company stating that I had insurance with American Modern with a policy in effect from ***************. I should have had coverage during the storm in July 2024, but due to my agent ******* not actually putting insurance on my home, I did not have coverage. **** ******* told me back in August that we was going to take care of my roof and pay for it out of his agencies pocket, but he has since done nothing to resolve the situation. He is simply trying to brush it under the rug and pretend as if this never happened.
