Ashco did a great job working with my insurance, they got things approved that insurance has hesitant on and made sure that insurance took care of us as it was our first claim and we did not know what to expect. Ashco walked us through the insurance claims process and was able to get all of our roof and siding replaced and now my home looks AMAZING. Thanks !

5 stars*************************** did a great job beginning to end on my roof and steel siding replacement after storm damage. Constant communication before, during and after was amazing, keeping me informed along the way. Pictures from my drone that i took show ******* and siding look perfect. After the work was done they hung a flier on my door before inspecting the work as I have a camera and watched that said they ran a magnet around the home to check for anything, nails/staples he never once went in the back yard I went out the next day with my dog and found tons of nails all over. I called the company on Thursday was told the owner would be in contact and it’s Tuesday and I still have not heard anything from the company.Ashco Exteriors, LLC

The 1/2 of the duplex roof Ashco was contracted to perform work at was completed on 11/1/22. A field tech did a final clean on 11/2/22 but did not go in the back yard and that should have been noted on the inspection card door hanger. A field tech was sent back out on 11/7/22 to re-run magnets including the back yard. I personally spoke with the customer this morning offering to come back out if/when the snow melted this year or right away in the spring but the customer declined the offer and wants to do it herself. The Ashco answering service made a mistake by stating that the owner of the company would be in contact as there is a dedicated person to make those calls which is not the owner.
