5 starsI was going out of town in two days & my laundry room drain backed up! Marvel came out the next day & snaked the main sewer. Found some other issues, but it could wait until I got home! (At least I could enjoy my time away!) When I returned they were here for 5 hours removing tree roots!!! I am now on their yearly maintenance schedule. The gals in the office & the guys I've worked with were very professional & answered all my questions. They're such a great group of people - I will never use anyone else! really had good customer service Blake, he did a compliment camera of the main line which was very clear picture, Showed that I had tree root at the connection of city line. Note that if you get your main line cleaned out make sure you get a warranty. I know what I need to do to repair the problem. I wish I could get a list of all my option with price. After thinking about the tree root art the connection how do i know that i need a new connection, thought of this after a few days. Yes I would have them to do the work.

I lease a condo and was told on a Saturday that the bathtub was not draining. I called the management company on Monday and waited till Tuesday to hear from them. I finally got the number of a plumber....who ultimately gave me the number for Marvel Sewer & Drain. From the moment they picked up the phone, they were friendly, positive, reassuring, and upfront with the cost. They had Nathan out the next day and he had the tub draining in short order. He called me when he got to the condo and worked well with my renters...and then called me when he was finished! All with the same friendly efficient manner. Payment was flexible and easy.
