      I found Prime Time Medical Training and ******** **** to be very disorganized and unprofessional. On the website, the Phlebotomy class stated it was $1275 and when I registered the amount actually was more than $1400. I enrolled on ********.On 10.22.24, the location of the class changed.On 10.23.24 I was notified, due to low enrollment that we may not be able to offer every single cohort session (I.e., Weekday, Weekend, Evening). I was enrolled in weekday classes - ***** from 9:30am-1:30pm or 5:30pm-9:30pm and Saturdays from 8:30am-3pm (3 days per week = 14 hours). Class was to be these days Oct ***** Nov 4 6 9 11 13 16 18 20 23 25 27? with final class on Dec 2.On 10.26.24, I received an email asking when could I be called about class schedules, ****** did call and ask for 2nd time what days I was available for class, I responded with any ******************* stipulating I wanted to be completed before Dec. 6th.Class was suppose to start on Monday 10.28.24, I received a ********** that afternoon that class was postponed to Wednesday ********.On ********, I received informational email for tonight's class from Dr. ******** ****, I responded with asking what is the finalized class schedule? I did receive a quick response of October 30th 5:30pm-9:30pm, Nov. 9th 8:30am-5pm, Nov. 13th 8:30am-5pm, Nov. 16th 8:30am-5pm, Dec. 7th and Dec. 14th are both 8:30am-5pm. As you can see that is dramatically different than what was listed above with more than a week between some of the classes, how does that make for good retention and learning?If you have noticed, I have referred to her differently...I used the **************** she used when corresponding with me which was slightly different at times. Dr. ******** ****, DNP FNP-BC Program Coordinator I Nurse Consultant - Prime Time Medical Training, LLC. This was another signature ******** *****, BSN RN, she used and just ****** with no titles.

      June 25th started the class. I found out I started towards the end of the curriculum. I had a limited of a few days to do 32 hours in person and 40 hours online. I was under the impression of starting from the beginning. I decided to withdraw from the class on June 30th and would like to receive my money back.
