      Our vehicle was not starting so we called complete mobile auto repair to see if they could look at it, they came to tow it my boyfriend met the driver to show him what it was doing, and to give him the key fob, upon doing so it started, it hadnt started all Day, either way **** said he could drive it to there shop but they insisted on towing it, the next day the shop informed us that the tow truck driver had an accident and the back bumper had been ripped off and they would replace it, got my truck back about a week later after they replaced two transmission lines the line blew off and transmission fluid drained out until I couldnt go from a stop light with my 3 kids in the car. I called them they picked it up and reattached the line and filled it full of fluid, I mentioned to them that I was told this was not good at all for my transmission but they said it wasnt completely out of fluid, Ive since been informed that if that line came off it would dump the fluid at a pretty fast rate until it got about 5 qts low and stopped moving, and would continue to dump out until the truck was shut off, then the youre converter and pump would stop this stopping the flow of fluid from blowing out the line. Ive asked if they were going to have my transmission fixed because it slips and takes awhile to start moving after shifted into gear, especially reverse. Then the bumper they replaced it wasnt installed completely there were very few bolts and retainer pins reinstalled pieces missing, sensors not plugged in, not to mention they spray painted my new bumper and it looks awful, 2 days after this bumper was replaced I was on my way home and a couple sensors fell from wherever they were supposed to be mounted back to but never were and were dragging on the ground behind me, now there are a few features that my truck has that do not work, I have video of all this that my boyfriend took, my boyfriend took my truck back to them and they denied all of this n wouldnt fix it

      Jade called us for repair on her vehicle and approved repairs. Boyfriend **** got involved and halted repairs. We were told to continue to fix a few things, so we did. The bumper incident was our driver's fault and was repaired. The wiring harness on the bumper was already broken and we have documented photos. They chose no repair on this. We replaced the bumper, and it was painted with Chevys spec paint match. The ****** line did have a clip in it and when we were called to come tow the vehicle it still had fluid in it. We brought it back to our shop and repaired the issue not knowing if it was our wrongdoing or not. The customer was not charged for any of this. There was no transmission issue at the time.

      ***** came into our shop degrading us and calling us names on 4-10-25. We had to file a trespass order and get law enforcement involved. The entire incident was recorded and documented. On 4-10-25 we offered to solve the issue by putting clips in the bumper but the resolution was refused.
