    THE FOLLOWING IS MY LETTER IN PART TO ISTORAGE Sirs:I wrote to corporate about your disgraceful ************** location. They never responded.I hoped to run into you during opening hours.But is seems no one is ever occupying the office during posted hours.I tried to call you at ************** .... but no one ever answered.I tried to leave a voicemail at the ************** location,But the persons voice mail is not set up to receive messages.I tried to call corporate But they never answered the phone I tried to leave a voice mail But it just always disconnected me Bottom line is......Im done with Istorage.You have let the ************** location turn into an absolute s*** hole.1). The security fence is trampled so that anyone can get in 2). Units are being broken into at night 3) There are homeless drug addicts living out of storage units 4) Units are being vandalized and graffiti sprayed on them 5) There is garbage and filth strewn everywhere. Even objects like a sofa and pallets are in the middle of the roadway for months on end and have to be driven around.6) The automatic exit gate does not work to get out. A person has to go back out through the entrance.7) The place is ridden with pot holes.And as stated above....no matter what I have done to try contact you in ************** or corporate, I have not been able to.When ****** managed that place in ************** where I have rented from for over a decade, the place was immaculate and well functioning. But when she retired and moved up north the place just went to absolute ****.I got my tools out of there just in time before they would have been stolen.Im beyond disgusted that the new management just took what was a great spot to store items for over a decade and just ran the thing right into the ground.
