    8.26.2022 I had just moved to MN and was in need of a bed and so I looked on FB MarketPlace and found Mattress by Appointment with reasonable pricing, I was back n forth with the owner and finally met with them at their so-called storefront. That should have raised the first red flag. I felt scammed after finalizing on the mattress I ended up purchasing, I purchased a full but after recalling the conversation with the owner I swore he was quoting queen. jump ahead to after the purchase was complete they delivered and set up, a day or so later I asked about the warranty and the owner told me about a tag on the bed which I replied that I couldn't find the tag and he accused that I must have torn it off to which I replied, that's pretty bold of you to accuse me and that is where things turned for the worse he used some unprofessional language and going as far as putting me down and stating I was decrepit and a loser. I was simply asking for warranty information. He finally calmed down and said he would get back to me and that was over 2 weeks now. I think if someone is offering a product should also have a storefront/website/email if they are a legit business when they are not listed with BBB then I would call that business a scam/fraud, I want to file this complaint to help others not to be taken by this pretend to a business.

    On 8/26/22 ********************* Purchased a full sized mattress and platform from our business "Mattress By Appointment *****************".
    Throughout the process *** had many criticisms of our business model. *** offered to remedy our shortcomings with his services for a fee which we declined.
    We gave *** a $337. discount including free delivery and set up.
    After delivery *** called with questions regarding mattress size and warranty. I tried to answer his questions but was unable to satisfy his request.
    Upon receiving his concerns through the BBB I called *** to clarify our 10 year non-prorated warranty and texted a clear copy of his receipt. He seemed satisfied with my response and answers to his concerns.
    I was pleased to hear that *** likes his mattress and is sleeping well.
    Some of the concerns seem to relate to our "Low Overhead" Lean & Mean business model. We hope to provide a positive experience and the best value to our customers.
    I hope that ********************* feels comfortable reaching out to us in the future if he has questions or concerns. We will treat him with kindness and respect. We value and appreciate all of our customers.
