    The following dispute is in an effort to receive a refund of $940 for an item I purchased from this company on January 15, 2024 as per ****** transaction: 4AN50284H0287011M ************************** is owned by ****** *******. He makes accessories for pinball machines. Mainly, he crafts interactive "toppers" that sit on top of the back box of a pinball machine. He has been producing these third party toppers for several years. His shipping times are generally way off but he makes a good product and eventually gets the toppers to buyers. Though in recent years his wait times have gone from weeks to months. I have bought and received three toppers from him in a 10 year period. On January 15, 2024 I purchased a topper for my new Godzilla pinball machine. *** said he was behind on shipping but would have one out in a few months. Throughout the year he kept promising me that the topper would be out within weeks or days, to look for shipping info, etc. No topper came as he continued to string me and many others along.Recently, the company announced on its website that it was going out of business and all pending orders would be filled or refunded by Dec 20. *** no longer responds to E-mails and he has many orders pending from members of the pinball community. He has taken our money, strung us along, and now will no longer respond. If he won't produce the product he promised, then he needs to refund the purchases. The last E-mail I received was on September 12 when he wrote, "Im back now and myself and ********* will both be in the studio all next week and get one ready and right out. Youll receive a shipping confirmation so you know when it leaves." My hope and the hopes of others in the community is that the BBB might have some influence with Mr. ******* or at least give us direction on how to proceed to make this right. I would still like my topper, but absent this, I want a refund. It is too late to file a claim on my credit card. Thank you.
