    The salon did not disclose or have posted anything related to purchase of hair care product. I was solicited into buying a Redken no frizz hair gel at a cost of $25.76 plus tax. I was pressured into buying it and told to try it. I did. I didnt like what it did to my hair. It felt like it coated my hair and would not wash out. On my next hair cut, told my stylist and said I dont like it and I want to return it. She dodged the question and would only say she would call someone and let me know.Meanwhile a different stylist shows my stylist at check out for present service and said here read the computer. My stylist read the computer which was not visible to me at any time. And said, they require a reciept and a return must be done in 30 days. This was not a posted policy when I made my high pressured purchase, that I was told to try and was not a posted policy when I inquired with my return.I will not be back, I was a regular customer who always tipped $15 on a hair cut. The owner and stylist lost my loyalty and any referals.
