      I feel compelled to share details about my terrible wedding day aboard the Majestic Star at Stillwater River Boats. Our concerns and questions have been met with silence or vague unhelpful responses. The problems started immediately upon our arrival to the boat on our wedding day when we were surprised by the fact that we had no point of contact or wedding coordinator. We thought someone would minimally greet us to see if there were any questions prior to the evening kicking off. Nobody the entire day. We were told we would run out of food, more needed to be ordered immediately, and that we had to pay them an undisclosed amount of money. We pointed out that the discrepancy was likely double counting the 3rd party vendors who delivered equipment but left before we departed. Our complaints and questions were left unanswered and met with indifference, leaving us with no choice but to pay more money on the spot. It is astounding that a venue claiming to specialize in weddings could be so tasteless, callous and apathetic towards their customers (No extra food was ever actually brought to the ********* never ran out).The dessert bar was not served on the buffet as we had requested and wasnt noticed until guests started leaving the dining room. The other food incident happened with our late-night pizza when people from the ****** boarded and stole pizzas. We specifically inquired about working elevators prior to our wedding and were told they were operational only for those that really needed it. Several of our guests with mobility issues asked to use them and were told they were broken and not available. We had to confront the staff before our guests were eventually allowed to use a service elevator. Either they lied about it or they operated an unsafe elevator we arent certain. While most of the distress experienced went unnoticed by guests, it was nothing short of a nightmare for us. They displayed a shocking level of ************* *******************
