I thought Trostle could have done a more thorough job inspecting my home. Two major leaks in two corner of my garage should have been reported. Spending thousands to repair leak was unnecessary if reported. His Humor is fine but a serious inspection is more important. The ****. I wasnt aware roof was NOT included. His price was too high. He is not an accredited business. Trostle is nice but I would not recommend.

While I dont remember this particular inspection, roofs are included in my inspections. Its not always possible to see some leak issues if there is no visual evidence of damage or past leaking on dry days. Ive done over ****** inspections. I ask clients to contact me with any issues, questions or needs. Im always happy to help with solutions.
