      My 10yr old son worked and saved 300 dollars to order him some 4s batteries and charger. So he ordered what he thought he wanted. Day after he ordered he realized he ordered wrong items. He looked and items were shipped already so I told him just wait and recieve it and just send it back so he recieved package didn't even open it put it in a mail bag and I mailed it back week they recieved package then contact us saying what we sent back was used and they can't refund monies. I'm sorry but I watched my son do all this so whatever was sent back to them is what they sent him. So beware is all I'm saying. I think money means more to them then bussiness ethics. Might be worth the extra clicks to look around before this click. Just my opinion

      To preface this, I have never once written a bad review for any company EVER. However, I scheduled my 8 year olds birthday party a month ago for this weekend. I talked to two separate individuals and confirmed with both the *************. Since it is coming up on Saturday I called to confirm that pizza would be provided and I shouldnt have to bring any when the guy on the phone said there was no reservation for us. I told him there must be a mistake because I had talked to two people about it- one in store and one on the phone. He said nope, its not here. We have gone through some employees so it probably got lost. He said I can fit you in at 2 though. I told him the party is 5 days away and invitations have been out for weeks. I cant switch the time now. I tell him that Im super upsetHe then tells me that THE WEATHER WILL BE NICE ON SATURDAY. BOYS SHOULD BE PLAYING OUTSIDE ANYWAY IN MY OPINION. I have never been so angry. Never once did he apologize. Never once did he ask if we could figure out something else. He just told me that I had to cancel my 8 year olds birthday party and figure out something else within five days. He was such an incredibly rude man that I advise anyone and everyone to avoid this establishment. And certainly dont schedule a party there unless youre willing to scramble last minute and try to figure something else out. Really, people should be spending their time outside anyway.
