    THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE, I ORDERED SOME HERB POWDER AND RECEIVED IT, AND IT WAS OPENED, POWDER WAS ALL OVER THE INSIDE OF THE PACKAGE AND SOME EVEN ON THE OUTSIDE, NOTFIIED COMPANY AND THEY TOLD ME TO SEND PICTURES, WHICH I DID, AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY ASSURE ME THAT ITS OK, WHICH THEY MISSED THE WHOLE POINT. IT WAS OPENED, AND WHO BUYS ANYTHING OPENED? IT ACTUALLY WAS SLIT IN THE MAILING SYSTEM, WHICH WHO KNOWS WHAT WAS IN THIS PACKAGE AT THIS POINT. WHICH IS TOTALLY DANGEROUS TO INGEST DUE TO AN OPENED PRODUCT, AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND AND EVEN REPLACE IT. AND TOLD ME TO STOP CALLING THEM REPEATLY DUE TO THEY HAVE OTHER CUSTOMERS TO ATTEND TOO, THIS WAS THE RUDEST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER HAVE ENCOUNTERED. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE. THEY JUST TOOK MY MONEY AND WITHOUT EVEN TRYING TO ACCOMODATE ME AT ALL. I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!! THEY ARE NOT FAIR AT ALL, JUST TOOK MY MONEY AND THE END OF A CUSTOMER. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMER, ONLY THERE MONEY EVEN IF YOUR PRODUCT IS DAMAGE. THERE SHOULD BE AN EXCEPTION FOR EVERY POLICY ESPECIALLY SUCH AS DAMAGED, AND CANNOT USE. AS THEY SAID THEY ITS ON THERE POLICY. THEY DIDNT EVEN CONSIDER REPLACING IT EITHER. BAD COMPANY !!!!!! I WOULD HAVE LEFT A ZERO RATING FOR THIS COMPANY, BUT YOU HAD TO LEAVE SOMETHING
