    On 5/4/2018 I purchased a new 2017 Arctic Cat Wild cat limited Sport Utility Vehicle. VIN #4 UF17MPV6HT303571 from ****************** in ******* ********* for $14,393.72.Since than I have had multiple problems with the Wild Cat over heating! There for I took it to ***************** with the service code P119 on three different occasions. On 9/23/2020 with **** miles, 5/3/2023 with **** miles and on 6/16/2023 with **** miles. ** this time I am told there is a cracked head gasket which I had them repair at that time at *****************.Shortly after that I had taken it back to ***************** on 9/21/23 **** miles because of a fluid leak. the diagnoses was a crack in the Trans-axle case Part #****-069. The dealer ship ***************** service manager told me there are no available parts on the market for my Wild Cat because Arctic Cat is no longer making any new spare parts for this machine.The reason I am writing to you is because I now have a $12,000.00 Sport Utility Vehicle I can no longer drive or sell to recoup my losses.

    We received a letter on 12/06/2023 in the service and warranty department addressed to *********************. Unfortunately **** is no longer with the company there for has not responded to the letter. I would like to take this time to apologize for the inconvenience to you and the customer. In response to the customers letter regarding there 2017 Arctic Cat ********************* needed repair part 0817-069 Case Subassembly we are no longer able to offer this one part as the vendor is no longer making these parts. We offer a replacement assembly part number 2502-305 Transaxle Rear Assembly.
