Government Action: BBB reports on known government actions involving business’ marketplace conduct:
Minnesota Dept. of Labor & Industry Consent Order

On March 27, 2023, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business's application for an electrical contractor
license may be denied pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 326B.082 and 326B.33 (2022). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to ensure all communications with DLI are truthful, accurate and complete; the designated licensed individual performing electrical work for the business is a W-2 employee, not working for another business; all other individuals working for the business are W-2 employees and are licensed master or journeyworkers or have a registration as an unlicensed electrician and are properly supervised. The business also agreed to pay a $1000.00 penalty with an additional $4000.00 stayed on the condition of no further violations.  The Consent Order was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law. Customer reviews posted on/after July 5, 2024, will be published indefinitely unless otherwise voluntarily retracted by the user who submitted the content, or BBB no longer believes the review is authentic.
