Rude phone call received after contacting receptionist to get a hold of the driver. Driver was requested to have the vehicle towed to my choice of shop. He insisted to my father that he'll bring it to his shop instead. Once he heard that we just comprehensive coverage, he was super glad to have everything done at his place. Told my dad that we didn't have to worry about anything. Tow price and recovery is over priced. Price gouging. Got a quote from another company before going to retrieve my car, was quoted $1210 for ditch recovery, and tow for same distance. My bill from Tou showed I was being charged for the other tow truck (wasn't his own), and that he was going to pay that other driver for showing up. Other driver told me in person that I wasn't going to get charged for something he couldn't do. I'm hoping *** will pay the other trucker as promised. Also wanted me to pay my fees in cash of $3200 in order to have the van released into my possession. Avoid his shop at all costs. He cheated some of my family members as well. Reviews are everywhere for his shop. The Benz review below is fake cause the same review on ****** shows the owner wasn't satisfied, and was left hanging. Avoid, avoid, avoid! I'll be contacting ** AG as well on his business. Trying to cheat my old man, and cussing me out over the phone. On 9/21, 3:30pm, my company received a phone call from ***************************, he stated that he is the owner of the **** F150, that went off road and into the ***** and ended into the ditch. Note: we have photos and record for this service. Another towing company was present at the scene and that towing company could not service ****************** vehicle due to the fact that the accident (vehicle) was too far into the *****, vehicle damaged trees, leaning to one side and impacted the electrical pole on the property line. Our company was dispatched to the scene requested by the caller/driver of the vehicle. Company heavy duty wrecker got to the scene and complete the work as requested by **************. Prior to any service, the caller who stated that he is the owner, agreed to the charges and authorized the damaged vehicle be towed to the shop. Our company did exactly just what was requested via phone and at the scene by the driver. The driver (Mr. ******************* also stated that he drives this van to work on the farm even though him and his wife, they both receiving MN welfare support and that the van belongs to his son and that the van needed to go to our shop since the van has coverages for insurance to come and view the damages. ************** approved all charges at the scene and authorized the van be towed to the shop. This is all the information we have at this time.Ntxhuav K

Owner/driver was requested to have it sent to my shop of choice, but went against it. I called to notify him that I was the owner of the vehicle, and if I had known he was called to go recover the vehicle - he would have never crossed my mind. After all the scams this business has ran within the car community, a few of my family members, and church members - I truly do not understand how one can still be open to this day. Per his company policy - the vehicle should have never been picked up without the services being prepaid. Once he heard I had comprehensive coverage on it (even when he doubted me in person) through my dad verbally (didn't even request to see ownership of the vehicle - insurance registration) he still went with the job. Owner/driver was really rude with the cussing, and the remark for me to never call a Hmong brother up for help, but to call an **************** to assist instead. Again, I would have not ever had this guys shop ever come to touch my cars. He wouldn't even listen to those at the scene of my request - as this is my vehicle - to have it towed to my shop of choice. He insisted on having it brought over to his shop, so he could scam my insurance to pay him for something he's gouging.Since he received payment from my shop, on my bill he wrote up - the light duty truck does not belong to his shop. They are two different identities, and he better pay the other trucker what he's charged on by bill to insurance. That's fraud, and he is the definition of fraud. I have others I know that has experienced this first hand with this company, and they are afraid to put this company out for the fraud he does. Not professional one bit!
