    Was with company 6.5 years never missed missed a payment. Started paying everyone 3 months. Mailed a check that they didn't get and they didn't pick up my trash. Called them and they said they called but my phone log shows nothing for the date they said they called. They weren't going to pick my trash up, but wanted me to pay for a whole month. No loyalty to customers when they have rude drivers, trash left in the bins repeatedly, and I had missed pickups due to living on a corner.

    ************************* is setup on monthly billing. The invoices were setup to both mail to the home at ****************************************************************************** as well as email to ********************** ******* received invoice ****** for $30.21 due by 01/17 around 12/28 and paid $93.00 with check **** that was deposited on 01/10/2022. On 01/23/2022 no invoice for ******** services was created, because there was a credit on the account of $32.58 from the overpayment on 01/10. On 02/23/2022 no invoice #for ***** services was created, because the balance was $0.55 and our billing does not create an invoice if the amount due is less than $3.00 On 03/23/2022 invoice #****** was created for ***** services plus the previous balance of $0.55 from ***** (that had not been billed). No late fees were applied. ******* did not make a payment for this invoice. On 04/23/2022 invoice #****** was created for *** services plus the previous balance of that had not been paid. ******* did not make a payment for this invoice and is over 1 month past due now. On 05/23/2022 invoice #****** was created for **** services plus the previous balance of that had not been paid. ******* did not make a payment for this invoice and is over 2 month past due now. On 06/15/2022, a voicemail was left for Jillain at the contact # on the account ************* that service was now over 2 months past due and we needed a payment by 06/28 or the service would be on hold and there would be no pickup that day. On 06/28/2022, Jillain's trash and recycling services are skipped due to non-payment and being on credit hold as Jillain was now 3 months past due and had not called us back in response to the voicemail left on 06/15/22.On 06/29Jillain called, upset that the service had been skipped and saying that we had not contacted her, which is not true as there was a voicemail left on 06/15/22 as well as the now 3 separate invoices that had been sent out and ignored/unpaid. Jillain immediately wanted to cancel services, but did make a payment for the services she received through **** of 2022. In regards to the alleged missed pickups, we have no notes on the account of any complaints from Jillain regarding missed pickups at all in 2022 or in 2021. All work orders are marked as complete also, so if this was a problem it appears that we were not notified of this issue.

    I mailed them a check for 93 dollars for the invoice for the month that was short and the month missed. I had never missed a payment in 7 years with them. As to the voicemail. My phone log show no record of a call from them on June 15th. I had rude drivers and trash left in cans and missed pick *** since I started but limited service options to choose from ,so get tired of complaining. Canceled the service because ****** was ***************. I have money. Check was lost in mail and I had to cancel it at the bank.
