      I emailed The Cabin Place before I ever ordered. I asked them if the Lamp with the green shade was in stock. It looks green in their picture. I was told yes. I ordered. I received a lamp with A brown shade, not a green shade. I emailed them twice and told them I need to return it because the lamp shade is brown. I have emailed them twice per their instructions on their website. They have not responded. The ONLY reason I spent double money buying this lamp is because I was told in their email response the shade was green. I could have bought this exact lamp for $99.00 on **** and ******. This is a family run business? Horrible service. I emailed them and wanted to return the lamp as it is NOT what I was told it is. They need to send a pre paid return label so I can return this lamp with a brown shade not a green shade. They sent me a lamp that is NOT what I ordered. Not what is pictured. Not what they said was in the email. I will return this lamp and order one from **** or Amazon for $99.00. This was a rip off. Their service (or lack of service) is ridiculous and horrible.

      I placed an order (#*****) for a quilt and two shams on or about 9/15/23, and provided my creditcard for the total of $235.35. I received the order about a week or so later. The product wasn't anything like the photo and did not match my decor. To return it I was instructed on their website to email or call their customer service for a return authorization request, when they would give me the address to which I should send the return. I have emailed them and called them multiple times over the last couple of days. They have not responded to either my email or voice messages...and reading reviews, this appears to be their pattern of behavior.
